“Ordered my pizza online and it was ready when I got there. The lobby was full of people waiting for their orders and they were telling people that they weren’t taking anymore new orders at the time, which was weird. But I was able to walk in and out since I ordered ahead. I must say, whoever is in the kitchen tonight made the best pizza I have ever tasted!! Both my pizzas were DELICIOUS and I came to do a review just to say that! Great Job!!!“

“We have never eaten at this Pizza Hut before but we did today for lunch. The pizza was delicious 😋 Staff was very friendly and quick to take our order and we got our pizza FAST!!! The inside was very clean and nice atmosphere. Thank you all so much!!!“
“Hadn't had Pizza Hut in a minute!!!!!!Hats ? off to Mrs Henrietta (my big sister) & her team, Pizza Hut Bessemer Road!!!!!We phoned in our order kinda late on Wednesday evening (I believe), while en route, unbeknownst that location was drive thru only, which was fine......Then we called back to add another pizza to original order,....I tell you..... Pizza hut lives up to their slogan....."NO ONE OUT PIZZAS THE HUT"!!!!!!!P.S.Please get paper plates, crushed pepper and parmesan cheese packets soon!!Love you guys, I'll be back!!!“

“4:30pm on a Sunday and they knocked my order out of the park! The stuffed crust half/half was topped perfectly, the spicy garlic wings were some of the best I’ve ever had, and they even stopped me on the way out to make sure I got my extra icing my wife paid for. The crew was fast and excellent today!“
“You falsely advertised buy a large pizza at menu price get a large pizza free. It was advertised in my email and when I entered the app to order my pizza. When I placed my order it declined! I tried several times thinking it was an error but no. It stated it could not honor the deal/coupon. The pizza price had also increased as well! Don’t lie to the public. You’re pizza is delicious but you’re doing bad business.“
“Of all the Pizza Huts in the Birmingham area, this one on Valleydale road is the BEST. The pizza is always correct, baked just right and the people are friendly. I've never had a negative experience. I have another Pizza Hut closer to me, but I will drive longer for this specific Pizza Hut. It's worth it!
