“I ordered a couple of the flatts and scheduled it to be picked up at 4:15. I arrived a few minutes before time and a young lady greeted me and let me know it’d be a few more minutes.
The food was ready on time and the employee was pleasant.
The food was mediocre, but edible.“

I really appreciate the way they show appreciation to their customers. Because I am currently 8 months pregnant and love's pizza it great to have this location near us for easy pick up. “10 out of 10!!! I called at 7:40 or so on Christmas Eve and placed an order. It was last-minute, but I thought my friend had already ordered the pizza. The guy who answered the phone was very polite and took my order, and didn’t rush me due to them closing in a few minutes. Thank you so much, Valleydale Pizza Hut!“

“I had a really rough day the other day and my DoorDash order went bad, I ended up getting scammed by a customer and was really upset. The employee working named Keyon was incredibly kind and patient with me. He helped calm me down, actually listened, and went out of his way to help by letting me have the order. His kindness honestly turned my whole day around. Customer service like that is rare, and Pizza Hut is lucky to have someone like him. Thank you, Keyon!“
“This is hands-down the best drive-through pick up pizza in town. Never greasy & friendly engaged staff. I have tried other stuffed crust pizzas and at least the one at this particular Pizza Hut is truly the best ever. Only downside as it doesn’t come in a smaller size!“
