Took an hour to deliver a pizza, (which had obviously been dropped, as one half was sitting on top of the other) that was supposed to take 25-35 minutes. When we opened the door, the delivery guy was smoking a cigarette...at a posted 100% non-smoking hotel. After being on hold with the restaurant for 11 minutes without speaking to anyone, I called customer service and was promised a replacement pizza in 25 minutes, but told to save the mutilated pizza.
