Very Rude store and personnel on Greensprings. Person on phone refused to give name and kept hanging up. My roommate never received her delivery.
l order my pizza on line at 7pm today it is now 8:51 and I still don't have it. I called the and the young ldy told me that online time is usually correct. I told her that was true because I had order on line before. I told her that if its wasn't delivered in 15 min. I wanted a hot pizza. She hung up on. I call back and when I ask to speak tp the manager, I was put on hold. its been 15 min . All I know is they better no charge my card
Waited over 2 hours on a pizza. Called to check on the order, and Received the worst customer service in my life !!
