I visited the Green Springs location on March 7,2024.I waited in the DT line for 27 minutes. Once I reached the window I remarked that I really wanted the smoothie to wait that long. I did notice the cashier did not ask me to make a selection regarding a tip(which was a first) but figured it was because of the long wait. I don’t often leave reviews, but it’s staggering how long it takes me to get a smoothie here sometimes. This time is the worst ever. Been 20+ minutes. People are pulling out of the line.

The classic strawberry hulk is always good here. There was surprisingly no wait on a Friday afternoon. Service was fast and the inside of the store was pretty clean despite it looking like only one person was working at the time.
