I want to say I have been going to this Pizza Hut for almost two and a half years I've always got decent service this lady did not know what I was going through not once that she has to take or get upset or get impatient with me she said okay here you go it's okay Don't worry come from around the corner and gave me a hug she had not a clue what I had been going through or what I have been going through they need to hire more employees like this

I came in on a late night to pick up a DoorDash order and was greeted graciously by Ms. Latoya and noticed that there was what seemed to be some inner turmoil within the store. What followed next was a great exchange from Ms. Latoya and some of the employees showing that she genuinely cared about them as people, which is quite rare to see today!

This location really shocked me. I've orderfrom here at least 10 times since moving back to Birmingham and the pizza is on point and hot and fresh. They seem to really care about the quality of food they send out and that's new to me because back in the day Pizza Hut could care less but this specific location is the only one I'm going to and they are helpful and have good attitudes . Will definitely be ordering from here again and again. Update 02/29/2024 maybe...
