We were here a few weeks back and had a time here with Ebonie. She was very friendly and competent. Myself and Cuzin ordered drinks and food. It tasted great and the drink was perfect. When we go back to visit family we hope we see Ebonie again. Please let her know to keep up the good work. Until next time
I travel to Birmgham, Alabama, a couple.times a year, and when I have time to stop and eat at the airport, this is about the only spot. The food is okay, but the service is absolutely horrible. They do not yell you to seat yourself, order off the qr code, or even a hello. I was there for about 30 mons and didn't g see t a refill on my drink. Scan table for menu, order, and Service, but leave a tip for the server???not sure how's that even possible. Bacon Cheese Burger was good, but the salt and pepper fries were not fresh, had to be under a cooling lamp, weren't warm or really suitable to eat, should have refried them, made fresh or serve chips. 27.00 for sandwich, fry, and water. Sad the meal wasn't enjoyable. I left a tip because it's the right thing to do, but ask...
