I travel to Birmgham, Alabama, a couple.times a year, and when I have time to stop and eat at the airport, this is about the only spot. The food is okay, but the service is absolutely horrible. They do not yell you to seat yourself, order off the qr code, or even a hello. I was there for about 30 mons and didn't g see t a refill on my drink. I almost didn’t come here because of the bad reviews. However, it’s a reminder that unhappy customers are far more likely to write a review than happy ones, so I felt compelled to say I had a great experience here. The service was warm and attentive, food was perfectly fine for airport food, and I had no complaints.
I am here once or twice a month, the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food is good and the atmosphere is like an oasis in the Birmingham airport. I have always been treated very well and enjoyed the dining experience.
