The waitress Ryan was absolutely AMAZING!! The Queso Lava burger was absolutely AMAZING! The staff, atmosphere, food, everything was awesome! Highly, highly, highly recommend coming here. 10/10 will be coming back! Keep up the amazing work!

I recently visited Red Robin and was thoroughly impressed by their burgers. The burger I had was absolutely delicious. The patty was perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. The toppings were fresh and complemented the burger beautifully. The bun was soft yet sturdy enough to hold everything together without falling apart. Overall, it was one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. Highly recommend giving Red Robin a try if you love a great burger experience!

This is one of the worst Red Robins I've ever visited, we got there around 6:46 and we left a little after 8 because we didn't get our food order. All we ordered was two burgers, they can't cook two burgers in an hour. The sad part is the restaurant is a quarter full and there is only one Red Robin in Birmingham. Y'all are wasting the opportunity of this location, I can see why it is only a quarter full on Saturday night. This location is badly managed Thank you for wasting our time,

It's been a couple of years since I've been to Red Robin but I love the new (to me) unlimited options for sides and drinks. I ordered an unlimited rootbeer float and it was ok. Not quite as I was expecting but for the price it was decent. The burgers were cooked and seasoned well. The fries were good and the unlimited broccoli with garlic and parmesan cheese was steamed to perfection. Now I can say that getting refills if not using the kiosk at the table is a little difficult seems as if they time their table checks far and fewer between the longer you sit.

The food and service was amazing! Everything tasted amazing and their flavored lemonades were delicious!! The restaurant itself looked a little old and outdated, but that wasn't really an issue for me.

This place was great for us. I see many reviews complaining about the service, but it seems very understaffed. The lady up front was very nice and told us 30 minutes. After 30 minutes we had a table. Give these people time to get you seated and give you your food and be glad that they came to work today because a lot of people don't want to work anymore. Our waiter was also bussing tables and he was wonderful. He checked on us several times while trying to juggle everything else he had going on. We will definitely eat here again. The food was great and atmosphere is chill and laid back.
