Sorry I’m not tipping for your $17 mid street tacos, go 5 mins down the street they the tacos $3 a piece at the taco truck, and I don’t get scripted fast casual service.
Whole place feels like a cash grab. The food is spectacularly mid. The service workers all seem stressed and like they don’t want to be there.
Keep increasing your prices, bleed em dry!

I've always enjoyed stopping by Rojo on my trips to Birmingham. A true neighborhood restaurant/bar embeded in a neighborhood that woukd be illegal in many zoned cities of USA . The Chipotle pork and mushroom burrito is a real pleasure.

The Chango is life-changingly good, as are the Totchos (aka tater tot nachos, aka the best munchies food of all time). Love Rojo so much.
