It was an alright restaurant. We got the nachos with chicken, the Fuego burger, and the mushroom Swiss burger. The chicken on the nachos was dry and the taste was ok. We also got the strawberry mango margarita. It was very sweet. I would potentially recommend it but I just feel the food wasn't great but alright.
The restaurant is pretty decent has good sitting areas both indoor and outdoor but the food wasn’t that great we had ordered steak fajita and steak fajita salad; the steak was chewy and had no spices at all looked like it was pressure cooked the sauces were good which helped and we ordered chips with spicy salsa I guess the chips tasted it like they were stale and the salsa didn’t taste good either . But the mahi mahi taco was good and fresh we could taste the grilled Smokey...
If you don't go to Rojo from time to time for some Mexican food and relaxing outdoor seating where you can bring your dog, you're missing out!! Long-time favorite that never disappoints! We were lucky enough to get Courtney as a server/bartender and she was great?
