Ruby Tuesday

Ruby Tuesdays had a special we ordered a dinner entree for 22.99 and got one free. Great deal.

I called in my order for 2 hamburger plates under the BOGO special that came through my email. I gave her my card to pay and she had charged me for both plates.I questioned her and she said I needed the code from the email. I had left that home. The manager was kind enough to let me use the BOGO. Thank you so much for accomodating me.

It was ok, they cooked my burger wrong at first, and the shrimp fondue didn't have enough shrimp in it, but I can't complain, I got it for free with my coupon, but other than that, and their stinky carpet, it was ok.

Visited later in the evening and received that (almost time to get off kind of service from staff). Food wasn't bad but wasn't anything to brag about either. Husband and I both ordered ribs with sides. Ribs had hardly any sauce and mashed potatoes were room temperature.

It's always a pleasure to eat here. They have specials all the time. The food is awesome. Wide variety of menu items.

Great food tonight (Monday around 8:00). We ordered pasta with chicken and broccoli, but requested that the chicken be fried. It was a big portion, and the sauce did not overwhelm the the dish like it does at some places. The broccoli was cooked perfectly, not too rare like at some places. We also ordered grilled chicken sandwich with crispy tots. The tots were indeed crispy, and delicious, and the sandwich bread was slightly toasted. The grilled chicken was very tasty. The salad bar was great as usual, especially the croutons. The prices on entrees and soda/tea are a bit high, but the food is awesome.

My family and I eat at this establishment at least 12 times per year.I can tell you the service has went way down.The server will place you at a table with lettuce under the table...while there are other clean unused tables!

If you're not elderly and caucasian do not spend your money there. They'll play paper scissors and rock to figure out who's going to take your order. Bad customer service

The service was a bit lax. I waited a long time for the check and anything else.

They were short staffed on the night we were there. We had finished our salads before our drinks were brought...but the food was good. It was just an off night for them.

Great place to sit and enjoy a meal or even to grab a quick bite. We had a great experience and the manager even came over to see how I roll lunch was going. I definitely recommend

Great salad bar and friendly service. We had a party or 12 that was taken care of will and efficiently.

The salad bar is amazing! Of course! The chicken sliders could have been better. The service was amazing. The restaurants clean I love going to Ruby Tuesday's!

You can tell each burger is individually made with love. The customer always comes first.
