Me and my husband dined here for our 1 year wedding anniversary.Service was genuinely good—our server was friendly, and did their best to keep everything on track. My wife and I recently enjoyed an absolutely magnificent evening at Ruth's Chris Steak House in Birmingham, and it did not disappoint in a single way. From the moment we were seated, the customer service was exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely gracious throughout the entire evening.

We go to this location every year or so. In the past we have always had excellent, and very knowledgeable servers. Our server this time was not very experienced. She didn't know the dessert options. The wrong size fillet that my husband ordered was brought out. A new order was put in, but was not delivered until the rest of our party was halfway finished eating.
