I ordered a small might meaty and large pepperoni pizza and neither one was made with care. The dough was undercooked. The pizza was barely cut and the toppings looked like they were just thrown on and most of them were on one side of the pizza. As I went to cut the pizza, all the toppings began to slide off the crust. It was ordered through door dash and I can't say when it got messed up but one side of the pizza was completely smashed against the box. This pizza is too expensive to get this type of quality and service.

I have a customer of Sanpeggios for many years, and have always been happy as a customer. For some reason trying to order traditional wings online is either not an option or gets lost in translation at the store. This happened again tonight when I was picking up at the Doug Baker location. The area manager Robbie handled this situation so gracefully and professionally and made sure my wing order was rectified quickly and accurately, all while dealing with several dash drivers, take out and dine in customers and training a young new staff on a busy Friday night. I don’t really do reviews, but when I see someone with his customer service skills it warrants recognition. Keep doing what you do Robbie and God bless!!

Ordered 2 Pizzas (delivery) for a family of 7 and only got 1. No phone call or heads up. The 1 pizza we got was ok, not that great and definitely not enough to feed our family. They could have called to inform us they were out of a specific ingredient and ask if we would like a different pizza but they didn't - the Uber delivery guy had to delivery the bad news. When I called them about this issue, their phones were turned off even when they were open for another 1.5 hrs. I would not order from them again.
