While I have always loved Seeds coffee, their prices have skyrocketed. I bought a regular maple latte (regular milk) at their farmers market booth for $8.80 (not including tip). You could buy an entire bag of organic coffee beans for that price! Pretty steep for a very okay coffee. I have overpaid for better coffee. That being said, Seeds seasonal gingerbread latte is worth paying a little extra for and they always have polite staff.
This is my go-to coffee shop. Great coffee and super fresh breakfast with a great atmosphere to hang out and get a bit of work or reading done. They also buy coffee beans that are sourced from smaller farms all around the world and roast them in house. I buy all my beans from them for making coffee at home!!
Not only is it a great place to hang out and have a brew, they also support the community and give back to nonprofits and local clubs!

Kindest employees, fantastic yogurt and granola bowl. I was short 45 cents and they were so quick to help out. The atmosphere is unbeatable, there is always lots of people here- and for several good reasons! One of my favorites in Birmingham, if not my favorite.
