My food was excellent! Got the Smoke Shack upgraded with pickles and grilled onions, fries with a side of cheese and a side of shake sauce. I was in heaven! The service was pretty good; order on the kiosk, seat yourself, they bring your order to the table. The main area was clean but the bathroom could’ve used some attention.
Being from Southern California, I haven't found a decent burger since moving to Alabama that comes close to In-N-Out. Shake Shack is the best one so far. Burgers and onion rings were great! Heads up on traffic and parking though, especially during holiday times and weekends. Thanks Shake Shack!
The burger and chicken sandwich were delicious! We were not impressed with the fries or shakes. They just seemed average. You had to Check yourself out on a computer and the line was crazy long. We had to clean our own table. The prices were pretty expensive for a burger joint. But we did enjoy our lunch with the family!
