The biggest issue here is EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE. The bartender was kind, drinks were good, and the music was nice, but we spent nearly two hours for wings, salmon, rice, veggies.
We sat at the bar with no wait but weren’t greeted for about 10 minutes. Maybe a little while later we ordered drinks but those took a while also. Around 30 minutes in we got to place a food order… the bartender seemed to be handling most of the room alone while other staff stood around a lot. My friend’s food came out about 40–45 minutes after we ordered, and mine didn’t arrive until about an HOUR after we ordered, with our meals coming out at different times. By then, we’d been there almost TWO HOURS and weren’t interested in ordering anything else.
The lack of urgency, awareness, and customer service made the experience frustrating. I can’t see myself coming in for more than a drink next time if at all. Very disappointing.

nice restaurant for a date night, food and drinks was really good. only problem with this restaurant is that it's kinda small with limited seating, you can't sit an socialize after your done eating, you have to eat an then be asked to leave for the next customer cause they don't have a lot of tables. but it's still a nice place to visit.

The NY strip steak medium well would be a great gift for a teething child to chew on! I waited 52 minutes for my food and received brussel sprouts instead of asparagus as ordered. I wouldn’t recommend going to this place if more than 20 guest are here. I don’t think they have enough cooks as it took almost an hour for our order to come out when it wasn’t very busy. No appetizers on the menu as well so order an appetizer from elsewhere while you wait hours for your food!

Food was excellent. Service was superb. Atmosphere was quaint and intimate. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because my reservation was at 5. The doors were locked. We called to make sure they were open. The lady said yes come on in. The doors were still locked. Doors opened at 5:14

We were a party of four. We were seated as soon as we walked in. The vibe was really laid back, great music and the lighting was perfect. Starting with our appetizers the food was spot on. Very generous portions. Everything was served fresh, seasoned just as we each requested. The only issues waa one of our entrees came out almost 20 minutes after rhe other three. Several of the staff members came over to discuss and to try and make it right. We will definitely be returning here in the future.

Great staff and food! The atmosphere is romantic and amazing. The drinks are fantastic and the bartender answered any questions we had about the menu! The staff was full of elegance and smiles! Definitely a date night or birthday celebration vibe.

Horrible! I’ve been here plenty of times & even recommend this place to many. However, today’s service was disgusting. We came in.. took 30+ mins to receive service which I had to bring it to someone’s attention. The guy with the Afro was our server tonight. I notice other waitress treat their customers with so much care and respect. They didn’t have to ask for water nor menus . They took their order in a timely manner and asked if they were okay many times. When it came to the waitress we had tonight we had to ask for napkins, water, and menus. Only asked if we were okay 1 time and we’ve finished eating at this point and was ready for the check. He had a table right next to us and he would come over to that table and have his back towards us. I never felt like I was a dodge bullet in nobody’s restaurant. Extremely disappointing. The place is amazing but the server played a huge role in the way I feel tonight.

Horrible service. Afro guy act as if he was so busy. We sat for 30+ minutes without receiving service. Then, when asked if we can have a menu, he continued to walk by several times without gathering the order. Apparently, he was servicing the countertop tables and he is not able to successfully multitask between 3 tables and the bar. Although, two others are assisting at the bar. All the other tables had water except ours. Group of two came after my table, which only consisted of two of us, who were served before us. They ordered steak while we ordered wings.
The salmon and Brussels sprouts are amazing. Best salmon fillet I’ve had in a long time. It was cooked perfectly.

Food and drinks were amazing! Victoria (bartender) was so friendly. Atmosphere was perfect. I'm stuck on the lobster roll and baby baked potatoes but everything that I've ever had (wings, salad, lobster Mac, lobster linguine, wings...) has been delicious!
