We went through the drive through to get my daughter a drink after a bad experience at the Starbucks inside Target. The person who took our order was so friendly! We had a bit of a wait, but then when we got up to the window Jay surprised me and said our drink was on the house since we had to wait so long! I wasn’t expecting that, and it was such a nice gesture! Thank you Jay for your excellent service!!!

Normally the staff at any Starbucks are overly nice. The one in Birmingham had an emo girl or a guy (not sure 🤷‍♂️) that was passively aggressive because she had to remake my coffee. She acted as if it was no problem but then purposely slammed the equipment to show me she was not happy about it. If you don’t want to be cordial with customers then maybe she should get a desk job. No matter how busy they are, they are always polite and kind. The order is right and they smile. These seem like small things but with the cost of everything going up, I want to spend my money somewhere where I feel appreciated and not as a burden. Plus, I love coffee. And they make great coffee.
