It's not in my nature to leave bad reviews but I'm doing this because all the experience I've had in this branch are all bad stories, they are not giving good service and their way of handling payments are not professional and kind. I gave it many chance and it keeps on disappointing me. If you're planning to go here, I suggest you don't, so that they'll see things are not effective as it should be.

I don't think they've been trained properly because I've had so many drinks that needed to be remade. I've thrown away the last two drinks I've gotten because they put so much syrup or sauce in the cups I can't drink all that sugar. They don't pay attention to the orders on the label, so your iced drink comes hot or your refresher comes with lemonade after you asked for no lemonade. Then I stood in line for a bit while the cashier kept on with her conversation with a coworker. I honestly thought she wasn't the cashier for a second because she looked right at me and didn't move. Then someone saw that she was ignoring the line and came to take orders, but she saw them coming and stepped up to the cash register.

Went some time ago. They said they do not take Starbucks gift cards (?!?!) which is ridiculous so I did not order and did not go back.

I have never written a bad review in my life, but the service at this place is so exceptionally awful that I feel the need to warn others about this establishment. Greetings when you are about to order are nonexistent in this company culture, and some (not all) employees decide to spend their time gossiping when there is work to be done. The only reason this place does well is its convenient location. The coffee and food will be a hit or miss which is why I gave that section 2 stars. Highly suggest going to the Starbucks at the Hill Center if you want a decent experience.

I love ordering on Grub Hub 20 minutes before I go and pick up. When I get the the coffee was finished, but my spinach feta wrap was no where to be seen. I stopped Maritza and asked where it was. She walked and away and never gave me a response. The service is terrible, slow, inconsistent and the staff is rude
