We order Steak Out at work regularly and always enjoy the food and delivery option. However, Sam could not have worse customer service. He literally hung up the phone on me today when I called to ask a simple question about delivery. I am very disappointed in this type of treatment as a longstanding customer.

I just ate here for the 1st time because some dropped off flyers at my job. It was amazing! The steak was prefect and flavorful!! I will definitely be back again to treat myself with a nice steak for lunch!!

My burger was delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed everything. The taste is similar to Five Guys except the burgers are bigger in size.
Steak had no flavor. Tasted like blood.

The people are,wonderful they even help me take out my food. This is where my Grandsons favorite steak is done plus a side order of grilled shrimp. You can't beat it, I go once a week!! YUM

This is the first time I have ever left a review without biting into the food first. The customer service was exceptional. Looking at the states, the quality is great, the temperature is nice. Here is 1st bite now. OMG 10/10 must try again….. tomorrow ?
