About Hero Diner

Based on the reviews, Hero Diner is a must-visit spot with excellent food. The doughnuts are the real star, not overly sweet or mass-produced, with substance and balance. The cake-style offerings are moist with a slight chew, and the glazes have flavor without being cloying. A standout is the bread pudding doughnut. The French toast and breakfast plate are also highlights, featuring fresh-baked brioche-style bread, light and fluffy eggs scrambled with cream, and hash browns that are little fried mashed potato clouds. The Apple fritter from Fritter Friday is absolutely mind blowing. The sausage patties remind customers of home cooking. The orange juice tastes so fresh it feels like being hit in the face with an orange. The service is kind and helpful; one manager went above and beyond after a mistake, and a cashier walked an order out to a car. The place looks decent on the inside, nothing major. Customers hope for non-dairy options like the blueberry to be available consistently.

Great service great doughnuts. My son favorite doughnut 🍩 shop.
I accidentally ordered my meal on the Toast app to the wrong location. The manager went above and beyond…. helped me navigate it quickly, was extremely kind and didn't make me feel bad for my mistake, even gave me a drink while I waited. And of course the food was excellent as usual!
Great hamburgers and delicious donuts. They do a nice job love catering large groups as well.
