One of my favorite sandwich shops & I’ve always gone to the Homewood location over the others when they were open. Staff has always been great and Scott Dean is always on top of things for anyone walking in that door eating in is shop.
While nothing compares to the original Momma G's in Auburn, sometimes you just have to have a Momma G's sandwich. We ordered a Cuban and a Reuben and split with each other. We both agreed that the Reuben was better, but that may have just been our overall preference. As the one who's eaten Cubans more, I kind of assumed it would be on Cuban bread, but the softer bread wasn't terrible. Just not a classic Cuban. it was probably the best sandwich I have ever eaten in a restaurant. The atmosphere was great and the customer service was spectacular. I just wish the sandwich was bigger next time I guess I'll get two
