“For the second consecutive trip, the young lady (blonde hair, red hoodie cashier/barista/food runner) is beyond exceptional! She is sooooo friendly and goes above and beyond great customer service!I’m in the hospitality business and I wish I had someone like her.HERO, I hope you know what a rare gem you’ve got in that incredible young lady!!!!“
“I went in to change things up. I decided to try one of the new snap'd energy drinks. I would have to try it a different way to give the flavor a chance. It was like sparkling and I'm not a fan of that. The blueberry muffin was amazing though. The employees was great! Manners, respectful, and social“
“What a nice locally owned mini donut shop! I tried the Boston crème and the strawberry with Sons sauce donuts. They were both so good but Boston crème was my fav for sure! There were a few other flavors that caught my eye so I will definitely be coming back to try some more flavors soon. While the price is a bit higher than chain donut shops, Sons is a locally owned business and makes the donuts fresh to order.“
“I've had these donuts before but never been in the shop. Went in this morning and got some donuts and kolaches and coffee. I'm blind and they went above and beyond to make sure that I knew what was what in the bags. They were very helpful! Wonderful experience and amazing food and coffee!“
“The name says it all. A little bit of heaven in your mouth. Make sure to try the French toast donut and key lime Wednesday is their best. But they are all so delicious. I've tried every donut they make unless they are tired with sprinkles. Don't do sprinkles but the kids would love these.“
“The donut quality is impeccable. The filled donuts have a little bit of fruit puree in them and there's an excellent selection. Prices are also very fair.Additionally, most donut shops tend to not have coffee already made. That was not the case on my visit on a late Sunday morning so all around the pleasant experience.“
“One of my favorite places to go to in Tarrant. Daylight Doughnuts offers delicious pastries including doughnuts (go figure), kolaches, breakfast biscuits, and more. Great place to get some breakfast on your way to work or to treat yourself after a long day. The folks who run this place are super nice and courteous. Stop by - you won't regret it!“
“I went to Heroes for brunch on Sunday and it was great! I ordered the loaded hashbrowns with the chicken sausage, a chocolate doughnut, and an iced vanilla latte. It was a bit on the expensive side, but I really enjoyed the food and the coffee! I definitely think the hashbrowns were with the price because of how filling it was, and the doughnut was a nice added treat. The workers here are always super kind (though I wish they'd fix their BlazerBucks machine since it's always out of service) and the dining area is nice and atmospheric. It's in a very pretty spot by Railroad Park, so the view is pretty as well! As for COVID-19 precautions and sustainability, I saw how frequently the workers cleaned the inside and it seems to be well-maintained. Masking or social distancing procedures don't seem to be in place from what I can tell. If you dine-in, there seems to be very little waste, though I would assume plastic containers and utensils are used for take-out. Overall, I had a really great experience and I think this location is like a hidden gem!“
“First time trying Daylight Donuts and was pleasantly surprised. They were fresh and very flavorful - both the donuts and apple fritter. Service was excellent. It's probably a good thing that this place is not closer to my house or I'd be tempted to grab a few donuts from here every day.“
“If you live in Stadium Trace it is very short ride to Stadium Trace Village. The parking lot is a bit tight but that's not really issue. We went for a casual family lunch. We ordered Super Crunch, French Toast (you can order breakfast for lunch), and two Classic Burgers. The customer service Is wonderful and so is the atmosphere. The food is at the level of OK. The Super Crunch was not very crunchy and the French Toast was a bit too heavy on the (what I suspect as) vanilla. Overall we were satisfied but not wowed. Disappointing, is there is not a huge ready made doughnut selection. It is quite small portion of the restaurant.“
“So, I usually complain about too little ingredients or how the food wasn't fresh. NOT AT ALL HERE. The opposite in fact. The food was piping hot with tonnes of fresh, tasty meat and melted cheese. If anything there was too much insides. Delicious insides of the quesadilla all fell out and made eating it a little difficult. Milk tea was fine, but a little weak on flavor. Overall, great place! I wish there was one in Montgomery. I'd go there every day!“
