I absolutely LOVE Steak Out I could eat it daily! My favorite is the Ribeye Sandwich which is absolutely amazing. It tastes like a high end steak on a sandwich! The steak has lots of flavor and it’s so delicious! The baked potato is not microwaved and it’s so fluffy!
The food that I ordered was delivered to my place of work. I was told that the drivers CC system was down and had to call the payment in which is fine. The delivery man was obviously flustered and commence TO CALL MY CREDIT NUMBER OUT IN THE LOBBY OF MY JOB WHERE THERE ARE PATIENTS AS WELL AS WORKERS PRESENT. I stop him and ask if I can give the number and he ask " why what's the difference?" .... ANYONE COULD HAVE TAKEN MY CC NUMBER AND HAD A WONDERFUL TIME SPENDING MY MONEY B/C YOU LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMON SENSE. NEEDLESS TO SAY THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE AND THIS SALAD ..TRASH!!! I will NEVER ORDER FROM YOU ALL AGAIN.Kid-friendliness: ADD MORE ITEMS TO THE KIDS MENU

Steak was sad and barely seasoned, and the sweet tea that I was really looking forward to was starting to sour. The chocolate cake was delicious. The customer service from both the guy on the phone who took my order and the delivery guy were both great.

5 stars all around!!! I currently live in Orlando & we've not had any Steak Out's here in a couple of years so we made a special stop in Birmingham on a recent road trip and it did NOT disappoint!!! Just like we remembered!!! The steak tips are my favorite! The gentlemen working in there could not have been any nicer. Offered us free Ice tea while we waited for our food to be cooked, everything was awesome!!! So wish we still had Steak Out's in Florida! Thanks guys! We will be back next time :)

I intended to call the store to thank the gentlemen who took and cooked my order but time got away. I’ll leave a review instead. Service w a smile, indeed.Stopped by and placed two lunch special-steak tips, medium well.OMG! Cooked to my preference perfection on both orders. The rolls were fresh/soft-delish. Baked potatoes were hot right out of the oven. Salads-crisp and fresh. Had to have a few chocolate cookies. They had just cooled from the oven. Oh snap. Lightly dark in a way you know they are tasty. A slight crisp but soft. Perfecto. The teas were wonderfully refreshing. The men were such gentlemen in taking, cooking and preparing the order. My family absolutely enjoyed and appreciated the Steak-out dinners. Delicious job guys! When we don’t cook, we’ll give y’all a call.Thx S-O.

Delivery was fast but smelled like cigarette smoke. Everything arrived warm; however, the Ribeye was over-cooked and thin. Not worth the money. If I’m gonna pay $30 for a steak meal, next time I’ll choose a different steakhouse.
