I asked the sandwich maker if I could improvise on my 6 in club regarding the meat and he said No! I thought customers could make any kind of sandwich they wanted. He had a very blah demeanor. Maybe mine was too. I was in town for surgery and I was lost trying to find my way around bham. I truly hate coming to this city with all these twist and turns. Overall, we enjoyed 😉 our sandwiches đŸ„Ș 😋 when I finally found the hotel 🏹 🙌.

Went in with my fiancĂ© this evening and the lady was so rude. She was constantly rushing us and we were the only people in the restaurant. Then as we’re leaving, she say, “now it’s my turn to hide out in the bathroom!” Wow!

I've eaten here on three different occasions and the service has always been good and so has the food. I received the best service from any subway location ever from this place. I wish I had taken note of the employee's name, but all I have is the transaction ID from my receipt 1/A-235635. She was so considerate and made my day.

The employees were very rude.I’ve ordered chicken nachos and they didn’t even ask me what all do I need on the nachos. They just put whatever they want. Even the packing was not good. Very bad experience at this location. Better don’t go to this place. The subway’s in walmart are much better.

Rude staff! They fix the Sandwich’s horrible! It’s one employee in there with the worse attitude. From Eye rolling to getting smart with people and throwing the sandwiches together. Stare at you with a death stare like you owe her something. This is by far the worst Subway in town. I go there on lunch because it is close by but I will definitely not spend another dollar in there. I will pay 20 bucks next door at Pita Stop everyday for lunch if I have to where their service is excellent. Please Hire better staff. It took me a while to do this review but I’m just kinda over how they treat people. This Subway actually deserves not even 1 star

Order is always wrong. They don’t toast any sandwiches ever. The forgot to add the cheese to this sandwich. They’re constantly out of stock on items, so if you order online and they don’t have it you’re just expected to go back the next day and hopefully somebody will be there to help you get a refund. Avoid this location at all costs.

Just walked out of this location due to the awful customer service I experienced. Two of the 3 employees up front were just plain rude from the moment I walked up. As I was placing my order, everything they said to me was very condescending. Finally, when the guy finished making my wrap, I politely asked if he would please wrap the two halves separately so that I could save one half for later. He huffed and puffed and looked at me like I had asked him to save the world. He then told the cashier what I had dared to ask him to do and just stood there. I said, is that okay or is that too much to ask? And he just shook his head like I was a child. I walked out leaving him standing over my $10 wrap. That dude should have been fired on the spot.
This was on Thursday, Dec 5, 2024, around 2:15 pm. Really unfortunate that I didn’t get his name.
I went next door to Pita Stop and got a wonderful hot meal for just a few dollars more. I would highly recommend doing the same and avoid this Subway location.

I accompanied a friend of mine to this location and witnessed the most horrible customer service. As a Regional Manager of multiple Subway locations myself, I was absolutely shocked by the attitude the worker on shift had towards my friend. Since I also work in food, it takes a lot for me to hop on here and leave some kind of review. The lady working during the lunch rush was so rude—I would never employ someone with this kind of attitude towards customers.
My friend asked to clarify the difference between the honey oat & wheat bread. The lady behind the counter raised her voice and stated “you know the difference between honey oat and wheat”. Her tone and attitude were both disrespectful and demeaning. Today’s experience was unacceptable and I will never step foot into this store location again. Coming from a Subway manager, I urge you to take action to resolve this. It was genuinely horrible.
