One of the ladies was very impatient and arrogant.

Just walked out of this location due to the awful customer service I experienced. Two of the 3 employees up front were just plain rude from the moment I walked up. As I was placing my order, everything they said to me was very condescending. Finally, when the guy finished making my wrap, I politely asked if he would please wrap the two halves separately so that I could save one half for later. He huffed and puffed and looked at me like I had asked him to save the world. He then told the cashier what I had dared to ask him to do and just stood there. I said, is that okay or is that too much to ask? And he just shook his head like I was a child. I walked out leaving him standing over my $10 wrap. That dude should have been fired on the spot.
This was on Thursday, Dec 5, 2024, around 2:15 pm. Really unfortunate that I didn’t get his name.
I went next door to Pita Stop and got a wonderful hot meal for just a few dollars more. I would highly recommend doing the same and avoid this Subway location.

I accompanied a friend of mine to this location and witnessed the most horrible customer service. As a Regional Manager of multiple Subway locations myself, I was absolutely shocked by the attitude the worker on shift had towards my friend. Since I also work in food, it takes a lot for me to hop on here and leave some kind of review. The lady working during the lunch rush was so rude—I would never employ someone with this kind of attitude towards customers.
My friend asked to clarify the difference between the honey oat & wheat bread. The lady behind the counter raised her voice and stated “you know the difference between honey oat and wheat”. Her tone and attitude were both disrespectful and demeaning. Today’s experience was unacceptable and I will never step foot into this store location again. Coming from a Subway manager, I urge you to take action to resolve this. It was genuinely horrible.

Moleke is the man, always remembers My name and my order.always friendly and professional to everyone I see him interact with. Honestly I think he has too much talent for his position. When other employees might be goofing off (so it seems) moleke is back there holding it down..he deserves a promotion and a big raise. Good help is hard to find. Better appreciate when you have such a stellar employee.

Hate their manager ghetto unprofessional with long fake lashes on her eyes too expensive she was super rude and told the young lady preparing my pizza to go easy on the spinach first of all she did right I am paying for it I won't be back!?????

I think her name was Wanda ? The manager was in a horrible mood, super disrespectful, projecting her misery onto me when I just wanted a sandwich earlier...... My lunch break is SHORT & she rained on my mood for the afternoon, I don't even know this lady. Never coming back to this location again because of her. I would've fired her already for her attitude problem. I'm worried about her though, I hope she's okay & adjusts that attitude.... Kindness takes you far in life & trust that I'm staying far away from this location & I advise y'all to do the same ! ! The building looks cool on the outside is the only positive attribute.

The service is ridiculous. Just tried to call in an order twice & got hung up on twice. The open sign is never on & the windows are dark so u never if they are open or not. The owner needs to pay more attention. It's an awful experience don't waste yr time patronizing them.
