I arrived at the location at approximately 8:30. The worker was in her car in front of the building, talking loudly in the phone with the door open. When I approached to ask if Subway was still open, she looked at me and ignored me. I am very confused. Does the store close at 8? If so, why does it say 9? If the store wasn’t closed, why was this worker not in the store providing service??

Great service had a mobile order got there checked in and it was incredibly busy but they team worked the lobby and the gentleman at the register made both my sandwiches stat and directly handed to me for the exit and was a BOGO 1/2 off mobile coupon!!!!

Just left this Subway's. The chicken was barely warm. The preparer was rude. The cashier with the two large braids was rude and unprofessional. Seems as if the staff hates working here!

I'm at the UAB on the corner of 11th Ave South. This young lady has knocked out about 12 sandwiches in 10 minutes, by herself. Great attitude and she genuinely seems to enjoy her job. Give this woman a raise!

I wasted my money. They burned my bread, I wanted a veggie sandwich & had to ask them to put on new gloves after they touched roast beef, touching everything in the back while keeping gloves on & coming back to fix your sandwich with the same gloves, the older women were angry the younger new girl was so kind & sweet. Just attitude, don’t want to be there, under paid I assume, tired, overworked. I’m not going back.

Went to eat here with my coworkers. Took my order then ignored my coworker all together, taking the orders of the people behind him in line, until he left to eat elsewhere.Do not know if the reason is because he expressed he had an allergy and the employee needed to change gloves before his order or not.
