I am so over this "tip culture." Ordered takeout. At pick up the bartender literally just picked up a bag and handed it to me. Swipe my card in the hand held device and he held my card while I was asked to enter a tip. For what. 10 seconds of work. And he just held the device staring at me (while still not returning my card) with the expectation of a minimum 18% tip. I know I could have declined, but when he is staring right at you and still holding your card, you are basically embarrassed into leaving a minimum 18% tip to be handed a bag. Pretty sure they would not feel that was OK at McDonald's. Lost a 20+ year customer on the spot.

The atmosphere sucks because it’s very obviously an old O’Charleys. The food was delicious. We didn’t try the sushi. My Diet Coke tasted like a hospital. I can’t explain it but even my husband agreed. Waitress was alright, but she didn’t get our drinks filled and our dishes were spicy.

Stopped in today for some lunch since I’m new to the area and I was not disappointed with my food or service! I originally wanted to do a to-go order but the bartender Justin was so polite and nice and I ended staying and dining with him. He had great recommendations and everything was a hit. He even mentioned coming back because of the awesome Martinis! I’ll be back just because of the service given to me. Thank you (:

First people in with an empty restaurant only to be seated by the supply closet. Though that was not the major issue, it still felt discriminatory in nature. However, the biggest issue was that after being seated we experienced watching other people receive service right after being seated when they were seated after us. There was someone cleaning wine bottles over my head but no one to take a drink order for our table? And this is not a matter of impatience. I should not even be able to get a full look at my menu twice and then able to look at other people order and receive drinks that were seated afterwards without receiving any approachment of service. That's super weird to have experienced. I don't know what the metrics are to give quality service at Surin's 280, but they weren't shown today.

Best Thai food I’ve ever had. It’s become my go-to lunch spot. The chicken noodle bowl is absolutely fantastic. The service is great and very friendly too.

The food was great. The waiter was also exceptional. I spilled my mixed drink on the table and some of it got on my food. He would not let me eat the dish. He said it must be remade. I also got a new mixed drink since I never got to drink hardly any.
The sushi was fishy, avocado was brown. The side of fried rice came out in a cylinder shape on the plate (school lunchroom style) and was so bland. Sweet tea was hot. Our waitress Emily was not friendly. Maybe she was having a bad night. She appeared to be offended when a few of us were honest about the food not being good. Giving it two stars because the drinks from the bar were good, albeit slow.

We arrived an hour before closing. The server dropped the check on our table 30 minutes before close and picked it up while we were still seated. Throughout our visit, other staff were complaining about the guests.
Our first date night here was fantastic, but after our second experience, we left knowing we won’t be returning.
