Surin is part of Birmingham history at this point. Crestline is the smallest, but by far the best location. It's great for a quick lunch, a quiet romantic dinner & everything in between. Their wide ranging menu is always very consistent in quality, including sushi. They have one of the top local sushi menus, nothing overly adventurous, but always enjoyable & up to expectations. The managers, who are probably the best restaurant managers in town, have worked there for years & years so there should never be an issue that isn't understood & resolved.

We had two orders of hamachi nigiri and it was some of the best and highest quality we’ve ever had. I had the curry chicken and practically licked the bowl after I devoured that succulent dish! My wife had the super crunch roll and raved about its freshness and superior palate pleasing ecstasy.

It was a busy Saturday night so I was glad I made a reservation with OT. When I arrived there was a reserved sign on the table. We had Thai food and sushi . We had two different crunch rolls, Massaman curry with beef and Pad see ew with chicken. Everything was quite good.

I came to pick up and online order, unfortunately the customer i was picking up for placed the order at the wrong location. However; the staff especially “pang” helped me reconcile the matter with almost no issues I will be back soon !!!

Sweet 'n Sour chicken was very well done! I was comfortable in the booth. Waiter efficient. I'm not sure what type atmosphere would be best for eating with friends on an afternoon weekend.

Been looking around for good dine in sushi, this spot is fantastic. Really nice little place, great atmosphere and the service is spot on and they check with you regularly. Food was great, definitely recommend the Volcano and Tokyo roll. Their combination options for sushi is the best bang for your buck and have great selection in there. Try this place if you haven't.
