Taco Bell is a spot where customers can expect kindness from the staff. The employees go out of their way to help, even offering drive-through pick-up when needed. The food is consistently good. One young man working by himself late at night was sweet and provided wonderful service. Customers appreciate the kindness of the staff. However, some experiences have been poor, with a young man not reaching his hand out the window to give a bag or drink, and then laughing. There are also inconsistencies with how much food is received, with some Cantina Bowls not being full compared to other locations. Customers feel they should not be made to use a kiosk if they do not want to, and the lack of printers at kiosks is an issue.
