I Sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes for my order. Finally, get it and wvery bit of it's cold. Brought it back inside and as politely as I could expressed my disappointment and you would have thought I called them something I should have. Then they put some warm fries in the bag and handed me back the same cold nuggets and burger. Probably because I'm white.
I acknowledge that I came during lunch, but forgetting salad dressing on a salad order is unnecessary. Also. If you only have Peak tes, just pipe it out front with the other watery over sweetened sodas.The good reviews I read come across as paid content.

I travel for work, this is by far the slowest and lowest quality service I've ever experienced at any Wendy's across the country... Edit: after coming back to Birmingham after 11 months, this is still a garbage excuse of a Wendy's... The service is still slow and they never give the sauce you ask for...
