Customer service was mediocre. I was thanked for waiting at the speaker, which was nice. But then I was handed a drink that was dripping out of the lid, getting on my work clothes. When I asked for a few more napkins, the young lady said there were some in the bag. I asked for a few more and she acted annoyed. (Is there a napkin shortage I’m unaware of??)

The food was pretty good, although the grilled cheese burrito was made a bit sloppily.

I absolutely love this Taco Bell! I was there on 6/24 at around 930-10pm And the lady that was at the window is always so sweet. After a long day at work and being hungry, she just adds the icing on the cake with how sweet and lovely she is. Makes my whole day:) truly deserves a raise!!

This is my 2nd Taco Bell review this week. Yes I know I’m big backed. Anyways, they don’t not skimp out on their food! I went to the Hoover location on Hwy 31 the other day and those were the saddest tacos ever… almost empty not exaggerating. This location off Greensprings never lets me down!
