Just to start off unlike other locations this Zaxby's never answers the phone, it's a miracle when I can actually get someone on the line! My biggest thing with them is their inconsistency they're down the street from me and I will still pass by this location and either go eat somewhere else or another Zaxby's. They give the smallest portions of food and don't care how it's thrown in there, they're only 50% accurate on the food that you ordered, sometimes they have decent people...read full review
Food is cold and stale. Not fresh at all.
