The overnight manager resha was amazing! The night before they had messed up my food. I went back the next day to show them and she fixed it with no hesitation. She was sure to apologize a couple of times for this mistake. She was so pleasant and welcoming most jobs make you feel bad for addressing them about their mess up, but she took accountability and fixed the problem with a smile at that. We need more managers like her.
I ordered the Crunchwrap and it was delicious , as was my soft taco supreme, however my quesadilla was horribly burnt and was not edible . It shows that the preparer did not care at all . This was my second burnt quesadilla in less than a week . Everything else was perfect , there was hardly any wait time , server was friendly , my sauces were in the bag , the quesadilla was what ruined the experience.
I just came through drive thru order the steak burrito combo. I was given Mexican pizza with cinnamon twist. Not to mention the young lady that handed me my food shut the window in my face forgetting my Pepsi. It just so happened that the other young girl (stud) saw me looking and she opened window & realized the young girl left my Pepsi on counter. I wish I had checked my order then. Lesson learned
