I think I've reviewed Dos Hermanos at least once before. Again! This is the best taco truck in Birmingham! I've been eating at the 1st Ave North location Tuesday-Friday for over 15years.. get there early or expect a wait. The West Valley Ave location on the weekends anytime I work local. White, Black, Mexican, Asian.. broke people, rich people, overflowing with middle class construction workers, all people standing in line because the food is is great. Free pickled carrots and jalapenos are a must!! Cash only but worth every penny!

My go-to spot for tacos! Right time trying the ceviche 👌🏼 Love the condiments, pickled carrots and jalapeños. The person who takes the food order is great! Nice guy. Cash only. I would recommend to others. At one point, I was vegetarian for 5 months and they have great option for vegetarian too.
This is truly great Mexican my best friend is Hispanic and it tastes alot like her moms food I go from one truck to the other and it never disappoints 💖🗣

Eatin here many times but i had the opportunity to try the breakfast tacos today and wow best ever. Definitely give them a shot and if your coming for lunch the carnitas tacos are very tender and fatty i love them

Hey, as far as Mexican Food trucks go, this one is top notch! Always friendly, despite a slight language barrier. But that won't be a problem. The food is pretty close to the pictures on the side of the truck. Here is my suggestion: get the empanadas! (Hope I spelled that right.) They are around $15 plus tax and a drink I believe it came out to $21. And that my friends is a bargain. Also, they take cards! Not true with every food truck, so these guys have it going on. Hope they do well, we definitely want them to stay around.
Parking: They are in the parking lot of a gas station that tends to get busy at rush hour. So either get there early or after 6. If you don't want to wait. But it's worth the wait for sure.
