My experience at this location is always great ! I do a lot of carry outs and the cashiers are always nice and friendly. I like to give kuddos to one worker in particular. A young man by the name of Nick. Nick exemplified great concern and customer service experience. Thank you Nick for your act of kindness!

What a terrible experience! Placed an order online and was given a 6:40 pick up time for food to be ready. When we arrived the staff was rude, unorganized and unable to find our order. Once we showed them the confirmation we were informed that one of the items that we wanted was not available and we would have to select something else. We have visited here before and never had a problem but one of the employees there tonight (red headed bearded man) was extremely rude when a customer (albeit not happy because it had been an hour and still didn’t have his order or it had taken an hour to receive it—-not sure which one exactly) ask for a refund. The employee was rude and starting drama with the man and made me and my husband feel very uncomfortable having to listen to all of the conversation back and forth....read full review
