Fantastic bar. The staff is incredible and they really do their best to stay on top of everyone. They have all manner of fun events. They also stuck up for the other patrons and excercised their right to refuse service to some jackhole who kept shouting and hassling everyone. Very safe and welcoming environment truly.
First time at The Margaret and I was blown away. The vibe is super cool — kind of this purple, New Orleans feel — but what really stood out was Lauren behind the bar. She was so friendly and welcoming, made great drink recommendations, and just made the whole experience better. You can tell she actually enjoys what she’s doing. I’ll definitely be coming back!
This is our first time in Birmingham and Margaret’s is the place to go! Lauren & Karti gave us the best service and we can’t wait to come back! Drinks and atmosphere are a vibe, come check it out!
