Excellent venue for my daughter's wedding reception, with only minimal additional decorations needed. The staff was fantastic, including the security and third party valet service, and the food was wonderful. Pricing was competitive with similar locations around BHM. They did an impressive job talking through their options with my daughter, and then setting up the space to comfortably host 80+ friends and family. The manager's recommendations on the quantity of food to order was perfect. Many of the guests went out of their way to compliment the food and venue for the reception. I would highly recommend them for similar events.

Our company hosted a corporate Christmas event here, and everything was wonderful—from the warm ambiance to the excellent food and drinks. The entire evening was elevated by the incredibly friendly staff. Special shout out to the staff at the valet stand, who set a welcoming tone from the moment guests arrived. Posting this a little late, but I recently had an event here and it was excellent! The staff were friendly and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate my little family gathering over thanksgiving week. My out of town family were very impressed by the venue, saying that the space is beautiful! I have read some reviews here saying that parking was an issue, but I can say Kristin did advice me during our initial tour that unless we wanted to add valet to our package, parking is unfortunately at each guests’ own risk. This was not an issue for us as downtown Birmingham was rather quiet the week of our event. We will definitely book again!

My Christmas party was held here and my car was towed even though I paid for parking. They use a predatory parking service to tow your car and they will tow anyone!!!

Every step of the way, from initial planning through the event itself, was handled with warmth, patience, and competence. Any questions I had along the way were answered promptly. The extensive catering menu was impressive and the food delicious. Kristin was wonderful to work with, as was the entire staff. The Wine Loft is an absolutely stunning venue and was perfect for our daughters and son in laws reception. Kristin is so professional and was always so quick and easy to get in touch with. She gave us such great advice on what to do and the food that would be best for what we were going for. She was so easy to work with and so sweet. They took care of everything so we could just enjoy our night with our family and friends. All her staff was so sweet and worked so hard to make everything perfect. And the food was delicious and we got so many compliments on how good the food was and how beautiful the reception was. We used the wine loft for my brother’s wedding reception and it turned out great! Kristin was SO helpful from the planning stages to the day of she was attentive, well communicated, and so kind! From our initial meeting Kristin seemed like she knew exactly what she was doing. She made us feel comfortable like everything would be handled the day of, which it was! She even had some great recommendations for vendors that we ended up using and loving! Nothing but great things to say about her and her service.
As for the food/chef and service workers, they were great as well! The food was amazing everyone had such great things to say about it. Kristin planned the right amount for our guest count so there wasn’t too little or way too much food. Everything was fresh and flavorful our guests loved it! The service for the bar was also great all the bartenders were super nice and fast no one was waiting on their drinks. The staff was speedy to clean up any empty drinks, plates, etc. Everyone was very professional and kind we were very impressed!
I would highly recommend doing any kind of event here as it went smoothly, the venue really spoke for itself it didn’t need any lavish decor, and Kristin and her staff were wonderful!
