Always a fun time at True Story. Don't miss the jazz nights! It's a great neighborhood brewpub serving up tasty crazy beer and solid pub food. They're always hosting various music genres, community events, and general good vibes. Get the Sacre Bru if it's available.
Best small to mid-sized bar/club/music venue in Birmingham. Very cool classy atmosphere. Every genre of band plays there.

One Saturday in 2021, I walked by and saw they had chili dogs on the menu, my favorite guilty pleasure. A handsome fella caught my eye and we made a date for Wednesday. We got married at True Story a year or so later. They made us a giant luxury chili dog bar.So yeah, I am a fan.Good beer, great staff, fantastic venue for live music, pool, shenanigans, weddings, and the regulars are plentiful and delightful.

Great decor needs more of its own beers. A lot of guest pours, which some are unique, but a lot of same ole same ole.
