Food is great, but will not keep me coming. I just learned all servers get a “meal credit” taken out of their checks. One for every shift that they work. This is not optional. Even if my server didn’t eat that day, she or he still gets charged for the meal. That is ridiculous. You mean to tell me that the money I AM LEAVING THE SERVER, NOT CORPORATE, is going to corporate anyways? Will not be dining at any Waffle House until this is changed to where the server doesn’t get charged if they don’t eat. Do better.

Walked in. No one greeted me. There was nobody in the restaurant besides me and they acted as if I was bothering them. So I left and went down the street to another Waffle House where I was greeted with kindness

It's Waffle House if you live in the South you know what to expect. Door was good service was great but my friends and I went here after a concert and expected to sit and talk and eat for a bit. The issue was this was a Waffle House that closed their lobby at a particular time and you could only order at the walk up window. I can't be too mad they did advertise that on their map listing it just wasn't something a noticed and my first encounter with such a location that shut down their dining room. I'm not familiar with the area but it seemed safe so we asked if we could order and eat there in the parking lot and they were accommodating and we just turned my truck tailbed into a table and ate dinner. So while the food was good the staff was accommodating just check their dining room hours if you expect a late night meal with friends after an event unless of course you enjoy outdoor dining.

Food was amazing! However, I made an order online and arrived at the appropriate time, but the food was not ready until 30 mins past time. There were at least 10 waiters and plenty of cooks, but they were more focused on flirting with customers then making my order!

This waffle house was a wonderful experience! Me my boyfriend and my sister came here last night for dinner and we were greeted the minute we walked in!! Our server Jacob was attentive and very kind! We aren’t from the area but we travel here a bunch because our grandparents are locals!! We will definitely be back!!
