Came in for early breakfast at 3 a.m. there was 3 in my party. There was only 2 other people in the restaurant. It took almost 30 minutes to get our coffee. I ordered the Delmonico Steak dinner which I order often. I always get it cooked medium rare. I was informed I couldnt get it medium rare and when I asked why the cook said it was against company policy! Im 52 years old and been eating at Waffle Houses across the country practically all my life and this is the first time I've been told this! IT IS NOT AGAINST COMPANY POLICY!! WAFFLE HOUSE POLICY PLAINLY STATES..... STEAKS ARE COOKED TO CUSTOMERS REQUEST!! THE COOK SHARON STRAIGHT OUT LIED TO ME BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T WANT TO COOK A STEAK MEDIUM RARE! SHE SHOULD BE FIRED!!! SHE HAD AN ATTITUDE FROM THE MINUTE WE WALKED IN. HANDS DOWN THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD AT A WAFFLE HOUSE!!!

I enjoy having breakfast here.It's always clean and the restrooms are always clean.The atmosphere is light and friendly. The staff seem to enjoy working here so it makes it a pleasant experience.

I waited 30 minutes for my waffle and eggs when she finally gave it to me my waffle was light and uncook. I asked her why my waffle looked like this she said I'm sorry do you want me to make it over I said yes but found out she didn't make it over she put it back in the waffle maker and brown the top left the bottom uncook . Don't worry I won't be back

I went in there today and first, I see a sign that says there's a $0.50 surcharge PER EGG. I still decided to order. I asked for a Fiesta omelet, add mushroom and a side of bacon. I also placed an order for my mom. I spent $30, for two orders, got home, there was no bacon nor mushrooms in my omelet. I tried to call them, they have a recording about placing order online. I tried several stores, got the same message. There's no way to talk to a human being. Since I couldn't resolve this with a call, thought I should let everyone on the internet know how terrible this has been. Word of advice, Waffle House, every customer call isn't about placing an order. We have a right to talk to someone.
