Horrible!! While waiting on my son’s food, a young man returned to the establishment and proceeded to walk behind the counter. I initially thought he was just a guest because he started cursing profusely. He then engaged in an argument with a coworker. The manager and staff had to intervene because they were literally about to fight. Talk about the level of unprofessionalism! I will never go back again!
7th Avenue wendys in Birmingham, Al clearly ordered their entire staff from Wish.com and had the Island Boys pick out which NPC employees would suit the location best.
0/10 recommended. I was told to pull around for my total while giving my first item on my order. Then told to pull around after every item after that. Wendy's staff at this location will ruin your whole day even before your day begins. Grease is 3 months old. Fries sit blanched just as long and so is the wait...read full review
2/18 11:00pm. Pulled into drive thru. Young lady asked if I could wait. Sure no problem. And we waited, and waited, and waited. 5-6 minutes may not seem long but it is an eternity in a drive thru with 3 other cars behind you. We left and so did 2 others. Drove to Waffle House in Fultondale, we were eating within 10 minutes after arriving and placing our order.
Late night service at this Wendy’s needs to be addressed heavily, with primary focus on speed.
