Normally when I eat here I’m satisfied but today was different . I order honey chicken and I do understand honey chicken is sweet but their honey chicken is super sweet, taste like sugar wasn’t mixed in properly because I can taste the grit from the sugar in the breading of my chicken . I’ve had honey chicken before and it didn’t taste like grit and sugar. When I called to address the issue I was told honey chicken is sweet that’s how it’s suppose to be and I couldn’t replace it with anything else . Then the phone hung up on my face . Really disappointed

My wife and I love this restaurant! We used to live on that side of and town and since moving about 20-30 minutes away will STILL come back. Food is always excellent and this RUDE lady everyone speaks of is the nicest quickest person to deal with. Been coming here for years and will continue to do so.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!! As many others have said, woman at the front was extremely rude. We walked in and the first thing she asks for is money. I said I wanted to check the food before I paid. She proceeds to send the cook in to get started on my order 45 mins after it was meant to be picked up. She kept asking me to pay, yet again, before she even packed the food. I asked for plates and silverware for 15 people, she gave us 4. This was my first and surely last time visiting this uncouth establishment. They don’t deserve to be in business.

Wok n Roll consistently provides tasty food in an amazingly prompt manner. We often get delivery from here but have also picked up carry out for ourselves. The dining room is very small and we appreciate enjoying this meal at home. Everything we've ever ordered has been perfectly prepared and tasty. Recommend them for fast Asian food delivered or for carry out.

I actually was trying to be open-minded and just think the lady who took our order may have been having a bad day but she carried herself as if my mother, my brother and I were an inconvenience to her by being there. Very dry and snippy as if we specifically had been getting on her nerves all day and no one was in line when we got there and no one in line behind us. They food was pretty good and they put soy sauce, duck sauce, spoons and forks in the bag for us. This was about my third time going there. I usually order online then just pick it up. After seeing other people on reviews here share about her rudeness, I realized it wasn't a one time thing so I decided to share my experience.

Order was a pick-up so can't speak to the atmosphere too much. Appeared clean and nicely decorated.
Food was excellent! After years of trying new Chinese places to find our spot, we think we have! The food was not overly sweet, which has been our biggest issue.
Vegetables were perfectly cooked, portion sizes are generous!
We will absolutely be back! The service was top notch!

The lady at the front is always so rude. The food is always decent. However today I ordered online and I added In broccoli to my food and when I got there she stated that my food was already cooking as if she couldn’t just cook the broccoli also. And she didn’t care at all to fixed the issue. I always come here but today is the last time. Never again
