I've been to this location only because I didn't want to drive to the Sweet Frog on 280, and we regret it every time we go there.This is place is absolutely disgusting. The floors, topping counters, scales are filthy. Health department needs to check this place out. And even worse, they act like they don't care and are unkind.

This is an abysmally bad Yogurt Mountain experience. Of standard flavors offered, no less than 6 were out of order. Homemade Vanilla exited the machine in a semi-liquid form that quickly devolved to full liquid upon exiting. Though, I would rather drink a gallon of their melted Homemade Vanilla vs eat another bite of the Original Tart, which was so sour/off it needed throwing out. Also, don’t ask for a tip if you aren’t going to welcome entrants with sample cups.

Most memorable interaction at this establishment was that my mother (w/cognitive issues) had her heart set on the butter pecan yogurt that was being featured. The machine was not working. When I told the attendant about it (expecting her to just say ok) she went to check on why. Came back and explained why it wasn’t working and what she did to fix it. For my mom, this meant a lot, as ppl often write her off and almost never take the time to report back on her requests. I am thankful for the attention that she paid to my mother and her requests.
