Most memorable interaction at this establishment was that my mother (w/cognitive issues) had her heart set on the butter pecan yogurt that was being featured. The machine was not working. When I told the attendant about it (expecting her to just say ok) she went to check on why. Came back and explained why it wasn’t working and what she did to fix it. For my mom, this meant a lot, as ppl often write her off and almost never take the time to report back on her requests. I am thankful for the attention that she paid to my mother and her requests.

I specifically looked this location up because it was close to where I was shopping. I went to their menu to verify that they had chocolate frozen yogurt and pecans for toppings. Well when I got there the cashier was very nice. It took me a second to find the chocolate yogurt, then I started looking for my favorite topping Pecans. I searched both sides of the counter where the toppings were. They had everything but pecans. I asked the cashier,actually I think she was the manager. She informed what they didn’t have pecans because they cost too much per pound. I said it states on your website that you do have it. Feeling defeated I had no choice but to throw the chocolate yogurt in the trash. I drove about 16 miles to TCBY’s just to get the yogurt and topping that I wanted.#never going back to Yogurt Mountain
Staff never even looked up from their computers when we walked in. We had a family of 5 and left because the floors, chairs and the topping area was FILTHY, so filthy We left the store Without getting anything, and still never was spoken to by the staff.Pitiful store and horrible service!!

Despite having only been open for 10 minutes, the bathrooms looked and smelled like they hadn't been cleaned in a week, in addition to not being stocked with basics like toilet paper and paper towels. When my daughter went to let someone know, they actually loaded her up with rolls and sent her back with them, while they sat behind the counter on their phone.Also, any place that actively invites families with children, should have changing tables in their bathrooms.

Really cold, tasteless soup. Fudge thing coughed up its guts. Pretty weird. $12.90 for the mess in the picture. I'm no yogurt professional, but the risk of listeria seems high. Threw the cup of diarrhea away 30 seconds into considering my life mistakes that led me here.
