Most memorable interaction at this establishment was that my mother (w/cognitive issues) had her heart set on the butter pecan yogurt that was being featured. The machine was not working. When I told the attendant about it (expecting her to just say ok) she went to check on why. Came back and explained why it wasn’t working and what she did to fix it. For my mom, this meant a lot, as ppl often write her off and almost never take the time to report back on her requests. ...
