I would give a zero but I cant…I was on my way home from a late night and figured Zaxbys would be opened but they closed ten minutes early and I called to ask if they were open (because they were supposed to be) and he gave me alot of sass and was highly rude. He said we can go through drivethru so we did but were on foot because we just went to the door and said he couldnt take orders. Very dissatisfied. Don’t come thirty minutes before closing…

probably a world record!! had my food and drink as i pulled up to the window. whole transaction from ordering to driving off probably 30 seconds!! AMAZING!

Pretty good Zaxby’s but somebody needs to tell poor stressed out Travis who takes orders at the drive thru that he needs to calm down. Because he’s being too loud. It’s just chicken.

We get takeout from here frequently. The food is always good but they NEVER get the sauces correct. This week we ordered the family pack and got 2 of the 4 sauces. This is at least the 4th time it has happened in a row. Last time we got no sauces at all. Why is this one part so difficult? The app asks for each sauce wanted and we always confirm they are chosen before submitting. Maybe we need to empty the bags everytime to see what is missing.

My daughter sent me a salad and dessert from this location. The salad had no chicken. The young people that work at this location are extremely rude.

We held an event for Middle School and High School students and this store graciously donated fries for all of our students. Justin was great to work with and made our event a huge success. Grateful for a place that also serves our community well.

Our son's school is in the thick of basketball season and parents are working to get pre-game meals ready for our student-athletes. One call to Zaxby's and I was blown away at how easy it was to work with the manager, Justin. I asked if he would consider sponsoring a pre-game meal and he enthusiastically said yes! There was no hesitation. He was so glad to assist and asked for nothing in return. The entire conversation took less than 10 minutes and that's because we asked him to sponsor one meal and he chose to sponsor five!! My son loves Zaxby's and if I had to guess, I bet his basketball team and school are now huge fans as well (which they probably already were). Our family frequents this location a lot. It's always nice to have healthy on-the-go meal options, incentives for shopping, and friendly service. Zaxby's at Lee Branch is the bomb. Thank you for your support of Oak Mtn Basketball.

Maddox was working the drive thru and was very kind and sweet getting my extra request and the other staff greeted me with a smile as well. Great experience ☺️
