I was just given the smallest chicken fingers. Ever.

I would give a zero but I cant…I was on my way home from a late night and figured Zaxbys would be opened but they closed ten minutes early and I called to ask if they were open (because they were supposed to be) and he gave me alot of sass and was highly rude. He said we can go through drivethru so we did but were on foot because we just went to the door and said he couldnt take orders. Very dissatisfied. Don’t come thirty minutes before closing…

Pretty good Zaxby’s but somebody needs to tell poor stressed out Travis who takes orders at the drive thru that he needs to calm down. Because he’s being too loud. It’s just chicken.

We get takeout from here frequently. The food is always good but they NEVER get the sauces correct. This week we ordered the family pack and got 2 of the 4 sauces. This is at least the 4th time it has happened in a row. Last time we got no sauces at all. Why is this one part so difficult? The app asks for each sauce wanted and we always confirm they are chosen before submitting. Maybe we need to empty the bags everytime to see what is missing.
