good was great but a worker by the name “Tyrail” was extremely rude and unkind to me. I am a service worker myself so i understand having bad days and try to give grace but this was ridiculously uncalled for and it honestly hurt my feelings the way he was speaking to me and ruined my lunch break. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a zaxbys worker ever and typically have a good experience. This was just super not ok and i hope this reaches the right person.
A side of cole slaw would have been a nice addition to the meal. The nibblers were okay, nice and hot. Very friendly drive thru employee!!!
last few time we have been there we had issues hair in food not all sauces in order drinks not full pay for go big fry and drink no extra fries workers are not friendly or flirt with other customers and hold up the line

I made a takeout order on the app and everything went smoothly. The bathroom was nice and clean and the crew working today was very courteous and efficient. The order was correct and the food was warm and tasted freshly prepped. I barely leave reviews but a place that checks all the boxes is hard to come by when you're traveling and just want to grab a quick lunch lol
