Barbeque Restaurants near Boaz

“By far the worst customer service I've ever had!!! The girl was rude from the jump. They offer a picnic area but the parking lot is so tiny and small there was nowhere to park. We had to sit in the back back parking lot to eat far away from the deck with the tables bc my mom is handicap and has trouble walking. We wanted to sit at the tables but as I said the distance was so far. We each bought a tea and before leaving i asked for a refill and the lady was so rude and hateful about a refill. She said if my handicap mother would've sat on her deck they would've given us a refill but bc she had to sit in her car in the back parking lot & didn't sit at their table they wouldn't give a refill. Unbelievable and disgusting these little girls talk to customers this way and do their customers like this. Seriously horrible people, rude, hateful, evil working there. Hopefully the owners will hire someone with a little compassion for those unfortunate that has a disability. I tried to talk to them but they absolutely refused 💯 NO we are not going to refill your tea. Hateful people discriminating against handicap people and don't try to say yall were anything but rude and nasty bc yall were!“

I was waiting on my meal and The Star Bangled Banner began to play…everyone stood an rendered the proper respect per edicate to the U.S. Flag hanging on the wall… it was like a breath of fresh air to see such unity that still exits in our great State… May God bless Joe’s Barbecue an the Great State if Alabama!“

“The Burger Man with Best Burgers in America Association, decided to get a Big BBQ samich, and my wife and I got the "Super Q" and it is an awesome BBQ samich. Love their Warm & Thick sauce. Their customer service slacks a bit. Not friendly like customer service should be. But again, I'm not there to be their buddy, I'm there for good food.“
