New spot, same great service and food! Thanks, Bailey, for the hospitality, and congrats on the engagement!
We really enjoyed our dinner tonight! The outdoor dining is great with a wonderful view. Our server Anna was so sweet and helpful! So excited for their new location and looking forward to many more meals here!
Our waitress, Kimberly, was amazing. The atmosphere was fun and the food was absolutely delicious. The best meal we’ve had on our trip to Gulf Shores.
Always excellent food. Jacey was an amazing waitress!!! She made it such an enjoyable evening!
The food was delicious and the staff was awesome. Our server Bailey did an amazing job. They have great portion sizes and the desserts are not only delicious but beautifully presented. Five stars. Great job.
Best service I've ever had! It's not often that everybody in a party agrees. But we all agree that Anna was THE BEST server, likely in this whole restaurant! We never wanted for anything, she gave us everything we could need and more! She was on time, she was fast, and she was the most friendly person I've met in several weeks! 10 stars for the Tin Top, and 11 stars for Anna!
Really enjoyed our lunch. I ate the GF fish plate, my wife the burger. We shared the boil and peel shrimp appy, which was a delight. Nice people, down-to-earth setting (eat with your hands!), and really enjoyable food! The cole slaw side was exceptional. Has a nice kick! Quite a few GF options.
Off the beaten path..away from the touristy area. Well worth it if you are tired of eating cheap fried seafood yet still paying the exorbitant prices. Service was good. Tasty cocktails. For appetizers we had the chips and queso. Crispy and fresh chips. Queso was white and not the cheap processed junk. Ahi tuna appetizer was excellent. Seafood alfredo was creamy yey not heavy with good quality portion of seafood in it. Shrimp grits were fantastic Family of 3 . Two appetizers, 2 adult entrees, one kids meal, and a martini came to a total bill of $107 dollars excluding tip. Well worth paying a bit more for this than the 80 dollars we spent at another restricted for frozen like burgers and greasy fried appetizers.
Had lunch here on 9/28/22. Food was awesome as usual. Raw oysters were big, fresh and tasty! Muffuletta sandwich was great. Friend tried the shrimp and grits and said it was best he ever had. Ladies split a Greek salad, very fresh. A must eat location multiple times while in the GS area! Waitress Chloe was the best’
Went to Tin top about 3 years ago and do not particularly remember being impressed. We decided to go again with some family, and we were so glad we did! The stuffed mushrooms and coco loco shrimp were unique appetizers with a bit of spice. I would definitely recommend the grilled shrimp with firecracker sauce and Lima beans! Jaci was our server and provided excellent attentiveness!

Went there many times as a kid on vacation. Always fun and good food. We miss it. Hope the family is well.
We were searching for a restaurant that didn’t build their menu around fast fried seafood. The meals we had were authentic and fresh seafood dishes that were well prepared and served just right. Great menu offering lots of choices in a very casual setting. Its off the beaten path and hands down the best restaurant we visited. We went at a quiet time and did t have to wait very long- I’ve heard they get long wait times at peak season but it seems like everywhere else it’s the same story. A local referred us to Tin Top and we’re so grateful they did - you must try it!
The food was fantastic. It’s the best place we ate the whole week we were visiting. Service was impeccable also. We will definitely be coming back here!
Came upon recommendation from a local... Food wasn't terrible but definitely not best ever.. There were bugs crawling up the wall beside our table. We came on ribeye special night. 2 of us got the special which came with a glass of wine. One was only 17yo and the other doesn't drink and they would not substitute with a soda. Definitely won't go back
Have been to Tin Top 3 times before this visit and it has always been excellent. This visit was horrible. It took over an hour to get our food and when we did get served it was cold. My shrimp weren't cook thoroughly and my friends ruby reds were dried out and cold. It took forever to get food and get out of there. This place is expensive and should have better quality control and service management for the prices we paid. We weren't the only ones in the restaurant who were not happy. Won't be back!
