Started off really great but has declined very quickly. The cleanliness is terrible just looking into the drive thur door. The employees seem to play around with each other and aren't very concerned about how long people may wait while they continue talking to each other.

I went to sonic on 2/9/24 and ordered at 3:15 pm and ordered a mini chocolate chip cookie dough blast. Very simple to make, ice cream and chocolate chips cookie dough. First one was full of chocolate syrup mixed with some chocolate chip cookie dough. Went back around and told her it wasn't right. Second one was full of chocolate chunks. She caught a attitude and had someone else make it and it was fine. She wouldn't even turn around when I left. If she doesn't want to work there find ANOTHER JOB. People expect orders to be right when they pay for it and leave chip on your shoulder at home.

I’ve been to several sonic drive in and to be told that I can’t have a strawberry cream slush in a RT44 know that I can because I’ve been getting them all over place then I tell them I been getting them the cashier calls out all my drink including my RT44 and try to bring me a large instead this restaurant hasn’t even been in this town that long and all ready caught the I’m better than McDonald’s,burger King,and Whataburger this place is so just like the rest can’t get your order right and want a tip I’ll never go to a sonic again this place need to be shut down just like the rest of them

The first time I came here I didn’t have good service, it took 30 minutes to get my food after multiple wrong orders.That said, the last few times I’ve been here again, I’ve had pretty good service.Polite and attentive workers, fast preparation and delivery, and the food is as ordered, no error. Most people only leave reviews when they’ve had bad experiences and it’s just bad for the workers and the business. I see the potential and improvement. Good work Management and employees!

If you have time to kill... stop at this Sonic in Brewton, Alabama. SLOW, SLOW SERVICE !! I've tried the pull in and order service, and the Drive through service, and the average wait time is 25 minutes for both. Unbelievable. The food is OK.. but the service is much to slow. If you are in a hurry, Do Not stop here. Plus, the food is overpriced. I was really hoping for a better experience each time, but it never happened. One good point... the Restaurant looks great from the road at night. Nice Outside lighting.
