The first time I came here I didn’t have good service, it took 30 minutes to get my food after multiple wrong orders.That said, the last few times I’ve been here again, I’ve had pretty good service.Polite and attentive workers, fast preparation and delivery, and the food is as ordered, no error. I was already not thrilled that Brewton put another fast food restaurant instead of something more useful such as a planet fitness but I stopped by anyhow to get my son who’s sick with strep a sonic blast. Typically when you get a milkshake or blast the whipped cream covers the entire top.I asked for “ whipped topping “ and a cherry. Started off really great but has declined very quickly. The cleanliness is terrible just looking into the drive thur door. The employees seem to play around with each other and aren't very concerned about how long people may wait while they continue talking to each other.
