Not going back.. 30 min to get food.. ice machine not working, soda machine had flat soda, smoke filled eating area.. short on food stated truck was missing stuff.. tons of hollering back and forth to get orders out.. I won't be back in the eveni g at least.. daytime and lunch crew had their stuff together last time I was there.. but not worth the risk to come back
I always have good service here. The staff are friendly and polite

Burger King in Brewton offers fresh and neat breakfast sandwiches, with friendly staff and quick service. The location has a good surrounding area with various choices for any palate. While the overall experience is generally great, recent visits have shown a decline in cleanliness and service quality. There have been reports of long wait times and indifferent employees, although some staff members, like a new female worker, have shown promise with guidance from seasoned employees. Customers have noted a jovial order-taker and a sweet payment clerk, adding a positive touch. However, there are concerns about employees bringing their kids to the restaurant, which has caused disturbances for customers. Despite these issues, it remains a convenient option for burgers in the area.
