This place used to be a 5 star and a great place to but the biscuits at breakfast time fall apart so bad you might as well put them in a bowl and eat them and in the Sunday evening time the person was working in there acting like her crap didn’t stink I didn’t like how she treated the other employees in there especially while I was setting at the drive through window waiting on my food!!

Everyone who works here is always nice and upbeat. They all seem to have a good time working here. I wish more restaurants had people that enjoy their jobs. Keep up the great work guys. I really love this location because of the staff, and the great food.
We stayed at the Hampton Inn, across the street, for a few days and ate here every day we were there. What a great experience! The food was great, and the staff were excellent. We'll definitely be back when we move to the area.

I’ve been through the drive thru 3 separate times in the last month on varying days and varying times during the morning hours and have waited in line upwards of 20 minutes. I eventually gave up waiting this morning and left the line along with several other vehicles. Since I’ve experienced this on varying days and at varying times, it’s unlikely that I’ve been unlucky on timing waiting for cooking to complete, so I suspect this issue is more systemic. The food is good, but I am unlikely to return anytime soon given my experience.
It was horrible. The "manager" was rude. I was inside in line behind one older man. After he waited over 5 minutes to be asked what he wanted he couldn't decide and walked away. I step up and about to start ordering the "manager" just walked away. I waited a minute and was like hello and she said be with you in a minute. At this point I had been in the store trying to order for 8 minutes. Waited a few more minutes and then she was mad that I was mad about her just walking away. No apology and then said I wasn't as important as the people in the drive thru when I asked is this really how Bojangles treats their customers, so I left. Terrible service, terrible attitude from "management". Do not go there if you if you like friendly, fast service because it ain't happening.

One of my new favorites since trying it for the first time. I know that I am a little late to the party as far as getting around to trying Bojangles. I'm so glad I did and I will keep going back as long as they continue to treat me like a valued customer is supposed to be treated.

They were out of dark meat chicken, but the server offered all white meat. Our server/order taker acted like she was busy and ignored us before finely asking what we wanted. I do not know what was going on as there was no one else in line and only one other customer in the building.
