Update to my initial review. Mobile order, came in when they said it would be ready. Went to the counter and they had not even picked the printed order up so nothing was started 10 minutes after ASAP order placed. Got our food 15 minutes later, with the majority of it being done 10 minutes in, so most of the food will be cold by the time we eat it

Very poor customer service, manager wanted to argue with a veteran and be disrespectful for no reason just cause they got his order wrong and he asked nicely for them to fix it and gave unnecessary pushback. Girl at the window you can tell is new but not friendly at all. I understand these places are high turnover for employees but PLEASE have better customer service especially towards your veterans. Absolutely disgraceful!

The dining room hostess was Vickie, and she was wonderful. She checked on us several times and gave is a free Bo Biscuit to try!
